Daniel Faria founded his gallery in 2011. The objective from the outset was to create a space for conceptually-based projects with a focus on Canadian artists, living in Canada or abroad, with museum and international attention. The gallery is housed in a former auto-body shop in the west-end of Toronto and is surrounded by numerous artist studios and artist run spaces such as TPW, Mercer Union, and Xpace Cultural
Centre.

The roster of internationally recognized artists include: Nadia Belerique (New Museum Triennial, 2021; Toronto Biennial, 2022; Kunstverein Braunschweig, 2020; Grazer Kunstverein, Austria, 2018; Gwangju Biennale 2016), Mark Lewis (Art Gallery of Ontario, 2017; Musée du Louvre, Paris, 2015; Canada Pavilion, Venice Biennale, 2009); Douglas Coupland (Whitechapel Gallery, London, 2017; Witte de With, Rotterdam, 2015; MOCCA and ROM, Toronto, 2015; Vancouver Art Gallery, 2014) and Shannon Bool (Agnes Etherington Art Centre, Kingston, 2020; Kunstverein Braunschweig, 2019; Musèe d’art Joliette, Quebec, 2018; Portikus, Frankfurt, 2017; White Cube, London, 2017; Metropolitan Museum of Art, 2015).

Represented artists are in the collections of The Metropolitan, MoMA, Albright Knox, National Gallery of Canada, Vancouver Art Gallery, Art Gallery of Ontario, Musée d'art contemporain de Montréal and several important private and corporate international collections.
