How to Get Tickets?

Where can I retrieve my digital tickets?

The Armory Show has moved entirely to Digital Tickets. Instructions to download your pass to your mobile wallet will be sent to your email a few days before the fair starts.

Can I change the date of my ticket?

For ticketing inquiries and questions, please email help@seetickets.us OR call +1 323 908 0607 (Monday through Friday, 8am–12pm PT).

Can I get a refund on my ticket?

No, tickets are non-refundable.

 

Can I Buy Discounted Tickets?

Do children need a ticket?

Admission is free for children ages 12 and under when accompanied by an adult. For children 13 and older, student tickets are available with the presentation of a valid student ID.

Do you offer group tickets?

You can purchase group tickets at a discounted rate, for groups of 10 people or more. Tickets are non-refundable and booking fees and taxes apply.

Do you offer other discounted ticket types?

Discounted ticket types we offer are group tickets, multi-day passes, evening admission tickets, and student/senior tickets with the presentation of a valid ID.

Can I change or cancel my ticket?

Accessibility

Is the venue wheelchair accessible?

The Javits Center is wheelchair accessible and wheelchairs are available on request. Upon arrival at the fair, please inquire at the information desk.

Can I bring my pets to the fair?

Animals are not permitted on site, with the exception of service dogs for those with disabilities.
